To ACCESS Online Banking, you MUST first call SAM at (888) 543-1699 to reauthenticate your accounts. SAM will ask for your full social security when you first call. It is ok, to enter your full social security number. It will then change to the last 4 digits of your social security number. If you want to change your PIN from the last 4 of your social security number you will have to listen to the menu on SAM and follow the instructions.

Once, you change your PIN with SAM, it will AUTOMATICALLY change with Online Banking, CAROL.
